GROUP TOURS AND GUIDELINES
A guided or self-guided group tour is an excellent opportunity for schools, camps, or large groups to discover together Houston's rich aviation and architectural history. Venture out for an unforgettable experience and immersive view of our collections and vintage aircrafts with our experienced museum docents.
Groups 10 or more
Field Trips and docent guided tours are available weekdays during operating hours only. Tours take approximately 1 hour, but this is entirely optional.
School Tours
Children's and school groups must have one chaperone for every ten children. Chaperones must stay with their students for the duration of their visit.
Educational Group Pricing (Schools, Daycares, Youth Camps)
$5 per person
All admission prices include tax and all groups require a minimum of 10 visitors paying in one transaction. Reservations required.
Bagged Lunches
Limited bagged lunch seating is available in the Starliner Theater. Bagged lunches must be stowed away at all times while visiting the museum and must only be eaten in the Starliner Theater located on the first Floor. The museum has no refrigerated storage for lunches.
Late Arrivals
We encourage you to arrive approximately within 15 minutes before the time of your tour. Please notify us if you are running late. A late arrival may result in a shortened tour due to the number of other groups waiting to tour the museum that day. Groups that arrive after their designated time may still visit the museum as general visitors.
