COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY RENTALS

Commercial photography and videography are defined as fashion shoots, advertisement, film, video, and promotion. All commercial photo shoot and filming requests must be submitted in advance. The museum reserves the right to further define Commercial Photography and Videography on a case-by-case basis. Please note that drone photography is not permitted.

For commercial photography and filming requests only, please email Event Manager, events@1940airterminal.org. Include as much information about the proposed project; days and hours of shooting; the number of people involved in each day's shooting; type of activity to be filmed; list of equipment and vehicles used in connection with the filming; sizes and composition of structures involved; and security and safety requirements.

Each production will be reviewed in terms of its size and complexity and to what degree it might disrupt normal museum activities. 

INSURANCE
Commercial shoots may be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance. The certificate shall name 1940 Air Terminal Museum as an additional insured for the duration of use of the museum facilities, and shall include broad form property damage and personal injury coverage with a combined single limit of not less than $500,000 per occurrence.
